Cool Whip Cookies
Here are the directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease baking sheets.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the whipped topping and eggs until well combined.
3. Add the cake mix to the mixture and continue to mix until fully combined. The dough will be thick.
4. Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough into a bowl of confectioners’ sugar and roll them to coat.
5. Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes or until the edges are golden.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious cookies!
