Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
– 8 oz package of spaghetti
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– 16 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
– ½ cup butter, divided
– 8 oz cottage cheese
– 8 oz cream cheese
– ¼ cup sour cream
– 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Once cooked, mix in the spaghetti sauce.
4. Layer half of the butter slices in a 9×13-inch baking dish, then top with half of the cooked spaghetti.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the spaghetti layer in the baking dish.
6. Add the remaining spaghetti on top, then dot with the remaining butter slices. Pour the meat sauce evenly over the spaghetti.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
9. Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
