This is a fairytale! House renovation in 1.5 months: how a couple managed it.
The decorator created a simply stunning interior in a dream house.
Our heroes purchased a ready-made country house at the end of 2018 and in just a month and a half they turned an empty box without communications into a cozy nest. Elmira told us how they did it.
The house was a new finished empty box on a 3.5 acre lot. Frame construction on concrete piles is a common practice for the uneven, hilly, multi-level coastal region.
The territory of the land plot was not fenced, the two-story house did not have any communications: no electricity, no water supply, no sewerage, no heating.
The interior is lined with false timber, plastic windows (in the living room the central windows are panoramic to the floor), laminate flooring, wooden ceilings, only two rooms have a suspended ceiling, there is a balcony, a porch – like a mini-terrace, two bathrooms with large windows in each and heated floors in each tiles.
